How Live In Care Services Works!
With Precedence Home Healthcare live-in care services, one caregiver assigned daily for a 24-hour period for a maximum of four to five days per week depending on the location. For the rest of the days, a different caregiver assigned to cover the shift. In the 24-hour period, a daytime caregiver allowed 4-hours. You can decide if you want coverage for these 4 hours or not. For a live-in shift, the caregiver allowed 8-hour sleeping time, the sleeping room must be available for the caregiver. Live-in care billed at a flat rate per day and if the 4-hour break coverage requested then the break billed at an hourly rate.

There are no other charges for room and board for live-in care, but the family usually gives the cost of meals (or a meal stipend), or the referred caregiver can only cook the meals for the client and dine alongside the family.
